Our Vision
The Firm aims to achieve pre-eminence in the provision of specialist legal services relating primarily to capital market activity, investment securities, power, oil and gas and telecommunications; as well as the other principal areas of commercial activity undertaken by businessmen in Nigeria.
Strategy
Each area of specialisation is serviced by a committed expert in the particular area of law. The areas of specialisation will be expanded as experts are taken on by the Firm. The Firm will keep abreast of the needs of clients by a clear focus on the operational practices of clients and by active client relationship management. The Firm subscribes to and will uphold the highest levels of integrity and ethics in all of its activities.
Recognition
The Firm has been listed in the IFLR1000 Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms as a notable law firm since 2004.
Letter of Commendation from H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, President, Federal Republic of Nigeria dated 31 July 2003 for the policy reform work put in by Dr Timi Austen-Peters in relation to the initiative leading up to the Pension Reform Act 2004.

The Firm is registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission as Solicitors to act in relation to capital market transactions.
The Firm is registered by the Bureau of Public Enterprises as Consultants (Legal) to the Bureau.
