Michael joined the Firm in 2013. Over the years, he has rendered sundry legal services relating to commercial law and has been involved in research, writing opinions, drafting, and vetting of documents relating to company law practice and procedure, pensions, capital market, regulatory reforms, and foreign investment. He is also involved in conducting research on different aspects of commercial law and providing legal advisory services on privatization. He is actively engaged in company administration, negotiation, the conduct of due diligence exercises, and company secretarial duties.

 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Benue State and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2010. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association
