Janet is a Senior Associate with the Firm who has garnered vast knowledge and experience spanning different practice areas including company secretarial practice, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, intellectual property, real estate, amongst others. She is involved with the provision of company secretarial services to numerous indigenous and multinational companies, cutting across several industries, including mining, education, pension, capital markets, media, and retail sectors.

Janet was called to the Nigerian bar in 2012. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association
