Mr. Ogundana obtained his first degree a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Lagos.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1995. He also holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Manchester. He has been involved in active practice since then.

He specialises in Energy, Public Private Partnership, Infrastructure, Project Finance, and Employment law. So far he was involved in providing Legal, Regulatory and Advisory Services in the Oil and Gas Industry, and the Energy Sector.

He has also been involved in the advising and establishing government relationship with foreign and local multinationals. He was also a consultant on the Corporate Restructuring of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) project.
