The Company Regulation and Private Client Department of the firm is also involved in providing advisory services on the on-going privatisation process in Nigeria. The Department recently assisted an International entity operating in the food and beverages sector to secure the requisite regulatory approvals for sale and distribution of its products in Nigeria.
